Original artifacts highlighting the early history of the U.S. National Lawn Tennis Championships and Newport Casino, as well as original poems and papers from James Van Alen’s life, were the focus of this exhibition. A collaboration with The International Tennis Hall of Fame, it showcased the important role the Hall of Fame has played in Newport’s history.
