The Princeton Nassoons, an a cappella group from the classes of ’65 – ‘75 will present a spirited variety of ballads, traditional collegiate songs, Cole Porter and Jerome Kern standards, and barber shop favorites. Their signature close harmony arrangements appeal to audiences of any age, as they perform songs from their 50-song repertoire. In May of 2023 the Nassoons sang the National Anthem at Fenway Park for the Boston Red Sox, and they have delighted audiences in classic venues in Philadelphia, Chicago (Wrigley Field), New York, Napa Valley, CA, High Point, NC, and Ligonier, PA, just to name a few.
Founded as the first Princeton undergraduate singing group in 1941, and replenishing their ranks with fresh voices every years since then, the Nassoons blend harmony, humor and good cheer to inspire their audiences with their timeless musical stylings. They are especially honored to perform in the venerable and acoustically robust Redwood and hope area residents and visitors will join them for this special concert.
