The Irish poet, Micheal O’Siadhail will be presenting his new book of poetry, The Five Quintets, reflecting on modernity and cultural history of society. He was awarded an Irish American Cultural Institute prize in 1982 and in 1998 the Marten Toonder prize for Literature. Having published sixteen collections, O’Siadhail has given poetry readings extensively in Ireland, Britain, Europe and North America.
